Simon joined GRN in 2014 as a volunteer and became a full-time staff member in 2015. He is currently working as the Studio Manager for GRN Australia.
Simon has a background in music performance, recording and production and uses his skills to make new recordings and remaster older ones.
Simon married Mary-Ann in 2009 and they have 5 children, Leah (2013), Jude (2014), Anna (2016), Eden (2018) and Tabitha (2023). They belong to Toongabbie Baptist Church where Simon is involved with the music ministry team
