A team of 35 people from GRN Mexico and 12 different churches travelled to Hermosillo to give mostly indigenous farm workers the Good News of Jesus Christ in their own languages. The team visited them in the fields and their camps while they were in the area harvesting crops. Hundreds heard the Gospel in languages including Tzeltal, Tzotzil, Chol, Mixtec, and Nahuatl. Dozens responded positively to what they heard. Please pray for them and for our Mexico team as they plan the next farm worker outreach.
Our Brazilian leader/recordist and Joel Juedes, currently based in the US, recently trained a YWAM team of six people to record. YWAM is part of a world-wide Bible translation program and this training will equip them to make good recordings of scriptures as they work amongst tribal groups in Brazil.
We thank God for the opportunity to record several books of the Bible in the Pintupi-Luritja and Ngaanyatjarra languages.
