The Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday 5 November 2024. The Board has decided to hold a physical meeting at GRN’s office at Level 2, 1/36 Stoddart Road Prospect, and to also broadcast this meeting live online to our Corporation Members. For those attending the meeting in person, there will be a pot-luck meal commencing at 6:30pm.
All persons who attend the meeting online are considered to be present at the meeting and will be able to access the meeting using Zoom via the following link:

This year, voting will be conducted online anytime before the meeting and up until 8:15pm on the night of 5 November 2024.

If voting via proxy, you will need to appoint a Corporation Member (list accessible via website link) who will be in attendance at the meeting. If you are unsure, you may appoint any of the following as proxy: Matt Bales (Chair), Christine Platt (CEO), Nilan De Mel (Business Manager), Graydon Colville, Mark Hughes (Company Secretary).
Each Corporation Member can only vote once. If a Member casts more than one vote, the first vote will be counted and all other votes will be disregarded. In order for your vote to count, you will need to type in your unique GRN voting code at Question 1. This code was emailed to you on 25 October 2024.
